Our focus areas include: valuation disputes, shareholder/partner dissension matters, economic damages arising from: i) breach of contract, ii) lost profits, iii) business interruption, iv) breaches of fiduciary duty, and v) economic substance arguments. We have been engaged in varying jurisdictions with emphases in those matters pertaining to real-estate, settlement of estates and trusts, complex tax issues, insolvency/bankruptcy, and white-collar crime.
